Made on myNotebook for the Nintendo DSi.
Here we have Lucy Loud from the Loud House, one of my personal favorite characters in the show. I threw in a dark background to try to fit her dark personality.
Although her hair has blue highlights I change the pallet to red just to make it even more dark. Also I completely forgot I was using myNotebook, I thought I was using Flipnote. I didn't realize you can use 5 colors on one image.
